Great North Air Ambulance Service - £3,000

“Friends of Plane Saver lottery are delighted to award Great Northern Air Ambulance Service £3,000 to create a new storage area for the critical care kit in their Cumbria base. This will allow the Air Ambulance team to change the current storage room into a much-needed patient visitor area. It is thanks to our Plane Saver members playing the monthly lottery that we can support good causes like the Great Northern Air Ambulance Service financially. This is very much our ethos at Plane Saver – “People helping People”. This money will make a huge difference and allow the Air Ambulance Service to continue to save lives in the North of England”

- Grantley Yearwood, FOPS Chair.

Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal - £5,000

''Thank you for your generous donation of £5,000.00 to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Your kind donation will make it possible for us to provide much-needed help and support to the many thousands of Serving and ex-Service men and women who call on us in their hour of need. This year’s Poppy Appeal was unlike any other; the challenge of COVID-19 has been formidable and marks the first time in the history of the Poppy Appeal that our volunteer poppy sellers were unable to carry out face to face collections throughout England and Wales. We are hugely grateful for all donations we have received towards the Poppy Appeal, especially in such a challenging time. Your donation of £5,000.00 will ensure we can continue to carry out our services, providing assistance to those we support. On behalf of the Armed Forces community in the UK, thank you very much.''

- Emily Fry, Community Fundraising and Poppy Appeal Manager, London

Dreamflight - £2,000

''The committee were absolutely delighted to be able to donate to such a good cause!''

- Grantley Yearwood, FOPS Chair.

''I'm very pleased to tell you that we are safely back from an amazing trip to Florida. After two years away because of Covid, it really did feel like the best trip ever! The children had a fabulous time and we watched them grow in confidence as every day passed. A huge thank you to the Friends of Plane Saver for sponsoring the t-shirts worn on the flights to/from the USA.''

- Lisa Bishop, Dreamflight Fundraising & Communications Manager

ACLT - £5,000

''I am thrilled to announce that Friends of Plane Saver (FOPS) has recently donated £5000 to the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT). This contribution reflects our commitment to supporting organisations that make a tangible difference in the lives of others. As a leading blood cancer/disorder charity, ACLT plays a vital role in raising awareness of the severe shortage of donors of Black heritage in the United Kingdom on the stem cell (bone marrow), blood, and organ donor registers. With this donation, we are proud to stand alongside ACLT in its mission to save lives and make a lasting impact in our communities.''

- Grantley Yearwood, FOPS Chair.

Feltham & Hounslow Sea Cadets - £2,000

''At Feltham and Hounslow, they provide young individuals with enriching experiences that promote growth and self-discovery in a safe and welcoming environment. Through a range of activities and adventures, cadets learn valuable skills such as teamwork, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline, and honesty – qualities that are essential for success in both personal and professional endeavours. With this donation, we proudly stand behind the Sea Cadets in their mission to empower youth to become the best versions of themselves.''
